We partnered with Babbel to support their engineering team in improving internal tooling related to their application deployment processes. Our focus was on streamlining workflows, increasing reliability, and reducing the operational overhead of deploying changes across their platform. By refining their existing tools and introducing best practices, we helped enhance the speed and safety of their deployment pipeline.

In parallel, we collaborated with Babbel’s product and data teams to assess the future of their in-house A/B testing solution. This involved evaluating its current capabilities, identifying pain points, and comparing them against leading off-the-shelf alternatives. Our research provided the strategic insight Babbel needed to make an informed decision about whether to continue investing in internal development or adopt a third-party solution.
